Changing Your Behavior to Get Clients to Change Theirs.

Do you have clients that absolutely drive you nuts?

Much of client behavior and thinking is hardwired.   To make things worse, so is yours!   Or is it?

Today we know there is something called ‘Neuroplasticity’ and we have electronic games to help us with this as we age.  Brains can be repaired after strokes and concussions.  So, what does that have to do with us as Financial Planners?  Everything!  Our brains are dealing with client brains!

Diane Dekanic R.F.P. will help professional planners understand neuroplasticity and how we can change our communication processes to affect how we can work more effectively with clients to get desired results faster, with better lasting results.  Changing client future behaviour is possible, so we think this is a session you will want to attend and learn:

1) How to move your client’s thinking on your role in their financial world.
2) How to get clients to co-operate with implementations. Understand “Brain hacking”!
3) Be aware of the language you use. It might not be the language your client is using.
